I wanted to share a bit of where my husband and I are in this season of life.
After 25 years of marriage, 26 moves, and a global career working with high-profile families, we find ourselves in a very different place one that feels both unfamiliar and deeply intentional.
My husband is a retired military pilot, and I have spent over 20 years serving as a Governess and private educator. We have had the privilege of traveling the world and experiencing a truly unique life. While we are incredibly grateful for that journey, I feel the Lord gently calling us into something new something quieter, more rooted, and more aligned with a life of peace and simplicity.
We are prayerfully considering a move to Brentwood and are seeking both community and purpose in this next chapter. More than anything, I am longing to be planted in a Bible-believing church, to establish a steady and meaningful daily rhythm, and to continue using the gifts the Lord has given me in a way that serves a family with intention and care.
Our last role was particularly challenging, and while we entered it with the hope of being a light, it ultimately took a toll on my spirit. This season has led us to seek environments that are grounded in truth, peace, and shared values.
Professionally, I am exploring opportunities in the Brentwood/Nashville area where I can serve as a Governess, Private Educator, or in a family support role that allows me to bring structure, warmth, and experience into the home. My husband will also be seeking his next opportunity as we make this transition together.
Above all, we are praying for clear, abundant, and undeniable wisdom from the Lord as we take each step forward.
We are seeking prayer. We have very little community due to so much extensive travel.
