I am part of the Central Ohio team preparing for a Bill Glass Behind the Walls Evangelism event.

One (or more) of the members of the Brentwood Baptist congregation will be serving as a volunteer to share the gospel with inmates at The Ohio Reformatory for Women or London Correctional Institute on Saturday, June 14.

We ask prayer for the following:

The inmates

The facilities and the prison staff

The volunteers and Behind the Walls Staff

The speakers and entertainers who will be sharing with the inmates

The churches who are hosting and who are sending volunteers

I am scheduled for Mohs surgery on Monday, June 9th on my nose. This is the 3rd time it has been needed and once before I had to have a skin graft on the left side of my nose. As a friend said, she is praying for “one and done” which is my prayer as well. I am hoping the cancer cells are not deep and don’t need numerous attempts to get it all. Thank you so much!

My sister, Joyce, has many health problems the most recent of which includes the fact that she may have to go on dialysis soon. Her three great grandchildren she hasn’t seen in a few years are coming for a visit next week and it is her hope and prayer that she will be well enough to enjoy them while they are here.

Joyce’s Cardiologist has her on a diuretic due to congestive heart failure and her kidney doctor says that is making things worse for her already weak kidneys. Please pray a balance can be found so she won’t have to go on dialysis.

Thank you so much! I believe in the power of prayer and so does she!!!
